Equipment:

  1. Sticks (lightweight and padded),
  2. Cones or markers to set up a relay course

How to play?

  1. Divide players into two or more teams.
  2. Set up a relay course by placing cones or markers at equal intervals.
  3. Each team forms a line behind the starting point.
  4. The first player of each team holds a stick.
  5. On the signal, the first players run along the relay course while striking the ground or designated targets with their sticks.
  6. Once they reach the end of the course, they hand the stick to the next player in line, who repeats the process.
  7. The first team to complete the relay course with all players wins the game.
