Equipment:

  1. Cones or markers to set up a course
  2. Soft foam balls or beanbags for throwing

How to play?

  1. Set up a course with start and finish lines using cones or markers.
  2. Explain the three challenges: running, jumping, and throwing.
  3. Players sprint from the start line to the finish line as fast as they can in the running challenge.
  4. Players perform standing long jumps, trying to jump the farthest distance in the jumping challenge.
  5. Players throw soft foam balls or beanbags as far as they can in the throwing challenge.
  6. Measure the distances reached in the jumping and throwing challenges.
  7. Each player gets three attempts in each challenge.
  8. Calculate the total scores based on the distances achieved and the time taken.
  9. The player with the highest total score is declared the Super Sprint Challenge champion.
